MultiGen-Paradigm classes are competitively priced to encourage students
to take advantage of our support. Because pricing varies according to
the mix of options you might select, please contact your local sales representative
or either direct sales representative to obtain a detailed price for your
goals.
Payment must be received 10 working days before class begins in the form
of a corporate check, money order, or purchase order. We also accept VISA
cards as well. Payment should be sent to our Corporate Sales representative:

Please include your name, requested class, and class date with your payment.

Upon enrollment, you will receive an email letter or fax confirming the
reservation of a seat in your name. When payment is received, your reservation
is considered complete.
Enrollment can be made on a space available basis within two weeks of
the class start date. Payment may be made any time up to the start of
the class if a seat becomes available.
MultiGen-Paradigm will provide all necessary training materials, software,
and example files. The student should bring pens/pencils, and if desired,
an extra notepad.

Open Enrollment classes start at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.. On-Site Exclusive
class schedules are adjusted by the instructor to meet local conditions
or class preferences. Appropriate breaks are scheduled throughout the day
for student comfort.

Regularly scheduled course fees are fully refundable when we are notified
by fax or letter 6 days or more before class starts. Students may also
postpone attendance to another available class one time without fee penalty.
Customers canceling scheduled exclusive classes two weeks prior to the
class may incur a penalty fee based on canceled tickets, hotels, or other
related fees.
Cancellations within one week prior to a scheduled exclusive class start
date is nonrefundable.
If any course should be canceled by MultiGen-Paradigm Inc., students will
be notified as much in advance as possible. Full refunds will be offered
unconditionally, or fees may be applied to a rescheduled class.

Student substitutions may be made without penalty anytime before a class
begins. It is assumed the student substitute will meet class prerequisites
(if any). Substitutions may not be made during a course in progress.
