Adacel Inc.
Adacel Inc. used MultiGen Creator to build the Los Angeles International Airport database, which is used by NASA Ames FutureFlight Central and the Los Angeles World Airports to conduct studies into runway incursions.


 

Antycip SA
Antycip used MultiGen Creator to develop an apartment complex for one of the UK's largest housing developers. This 3D visualization gave an accurate representation of the apartments and the surrounding buildings and terrain. It was also used to promote and sell the individual apartments.

 

 


 

Bergmann Associates
The City of Rochester, NY commissioned Bergmann Associates to build this simulation to help evaluate key design issues related to a planned public safety building in the downtown area of the city. This application proved to be a valuable design tool for the proposed $17 million dollar project.

 

 


 

Cad Center Corporation (Marunouchi)
Cad Center, based in Tokyo, Japan, built a virtual model of Marunouchi, one of Tokyo's city centers. Cad Center used MultiGen Creator and Vega to build this application.

 

 


 

California Dept of Transportation
The California Department of Transportation commissioned MultiGen-Paradigm's Urban Services Group to build an interactive model a 2.5 mile section of Interstate 710 in Southern California. The simulation was used to evaluate different beautification alternatives for the highway.

 

 


City of Cerritos, California
MultiGen-Paradigm helped the City of Cerritos build a realtime 3D simulation that helped it resolve the placement of a parking structure for its new library. The urban simulation helped justify an extra expenditure of $2 million in building costs to protect neighborhood aesthetics.

 

 


 

City of Sunnyvale, California
A simulation of a portion of the downtown area of Sunnyvale was created using MultiGen Creator and Vega. The model enables Sunnyvale urban planners, city officials and citizens to visualize and evaluate new developments before they are approved for construction.


 

City of Vallejo, California
MultiGen-Paradigm's Urban Services Group helped the City of Vallejo build an urban simulation model of its waterfront area. The model, built using MultiGen Creator and Vega, will allow Vallejo city officials and citizens to visualize and evaluate proposed developments in realtime.

 

 


 

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC)
CSC Australia designed a database for the Royal Australian Navy's Super Seasprite Full Mission Flight simulator (FMFS) using MultiGen Creator Pro to create a large, content rich database that efficiently paged data through memory as the helicopter was flow over long distances.


 

ECC INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION - US ARMY small arms training
ECC International designed an application called EST 2000 that is used to meet the small arms training requirement of the US Army, including training of marksmanship, squad tactical and close-range shoot/don't shoot techniques and small arms weapons skills.

 

 


 

EDS Virtual Reality Center
EDS used MultiGen Creator, Vega and the OpenFlight file format to develop a virtual model of the Michigan Civic Center Commons of the city of Sterling Heights, Michigan. The model was used to plan, operate and promote the complex.

 

 


 

Florida Atlantic University
Find out how the Florida Atlantic University Department of Urban and Regional Planning is using visual simulation to better manage transportation and alleviate growth generated traffic congestion.


 

Fraunhofer Institute
Fraunhofer used MultiGen Creator to develop a virtual reality walkthrough for a proposed design for a permanent virtual reality installation at the Beethovenhaus Museum in Bonn, Germany. The 3D visualization proved invaluable in getting the different groups to understand the design and discuss its strengths and weaknesses.

 

 


 

ITspatial LLC
ITspatial LLC built a photo-realistic urban simulation application using MultiGen CreatorPro and Vega. The simulation of a portion of Arlington County, Virginia is being used to support the needs of various County agencies that are involved in economic development, community development, and public safety.

 

 


 

Lockheed Martin Tactical Aircraft Systems
Lockheed Martin worked with MultiGen-Paradigm's FlightIG team to develop a fighter pilot training application for the US Air Force MTC F-16 program. FlightIG, MultiGen-Paradigm's image generation application based on Vega, was used for the fast jet flight simulation.


 

Metagraphical Interactive
Metagraphical Interactive developed a photorealistic model of NYC's Chinatown to create a new platform for community documentation, interpretation and reflection. This interactive model encourages visitors to explore and contribute their own knowledge of Chinatown.


 

Motorola Advanced Dist. Simulation Systems
Using MultiGen Creator Pro, The Motorola Engineering Team in Orlando, Florida, built a realtime 3D application used for team training exercises with multiple law enforcement agencies. The application contained not only ground, but aerial simulations.

 

 


 

MultiGen-Paradigm Professional Services
MultiGen-Paradigm's Professional Services team built a 64 geo-cell visual database of the Travis AFB, California area and delivered it in industry standard, open formats. The database was built to determine the economic feasibility of sharing visual databases. The database was deployed on multiple image generator platforms and the efforts required to produce the derivative databases were analyzed and the cost savings associated with reusing open databases were verified.

NASA/Ames Future Flight Central developed a database of the Kennedy Space Center Shuttle Landing Facility. The database is used for tower citing studies and to develop new emergency and security procedures for Shuttle landing and for Shuttle convoy operations.


 

Raydon Corporation
The Raydon Corporation developed the Raydon Virtual Driver (RVD) terrain database and application, and the AFIST XXI Abrams Tank Training system. The RVD is being used by teenage and adult driving students for high schools and military bases. The Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) database end users are vehicle crews in tanks, fighting vehicles, HMMWVs and other military applications.


 

Raytheon Canada Limited
Raytheon Canada developed an air traffic control simulator of the Vancouver International Airport. The simulator is being used for training as well as airport and air traffic planning.


 

Real DB
Real DB specializes in the creation of visual databases and 3D vehicles for realtime simulation. The Quebec City database is a reproduction of old Quebec City in Canada with the Frontenac Castles and the government buildings. This database was developed in collaboration with DRDC Valcartier and the Ministry for National Defence of Canada.


 

STN ATLAS Elektronik GmbH Simulation Division
The Norwegian Army utilized a simulation of a high terrain scene created with MultiGen-Paradigm products to train its tank drivers in vehicle handling. The terrain scene had to be extremely realistic in order to test drivers' reactions.


 

The Boeing Company
Boeing's Combat Simulation and Systems Evaluation Department of Mesa, AZ developed the Apache Longbow Tactical Demonstrator (ALTD). The ALTD has been employed in distributed simulation exercises, international business development and customer orientation activities.

Visualise Modelling developed this highly detailed apartment complex for a housing developer. It was used to assist with the planning and development process as well as the marketing of the units for sale to prospective buyers.

The result is a detailed realtime 3D mission planning database for a portion of San Diego, California - created completely from satellite imagery.

Using MultiGen Creator and OpenFlight API, Midway was able to realize their vision and create a state-of-the-art arcade game, "C.A.R.T. Fury: Championship Racing, that features over-the-top physics in an exciting nighttime race through metropolis streets.

 

 


 

Monster Games
MultiGen Creator is the primary tool used to develop "NASCAR HEAT", a racing simulation game that features racing at white-knuckle speeds. The RoadTools option of Creator Pro was used to model and texture real-world locations quickly and accurately.

 

 

 

University of Washington/Harborview Burn Center
Using Vega and MultiGen Creator Pro, the University of Washington built SnowWorld, a highly engaging visual application, to help burn victims lessen the extreme pain experienced during burn treatment and rehabilitation.
