FlightIG from MultiGen-Paradigm offers tailored turnkey solutions that
meet the rigorous requirements of high-end visual simulation on high performance
fast-jet and helicopter flight simulators. MultiGen-Paradigm provides
FlightIG as a turnkey image generator tailored to users' requirements,
with complete support for integration with any display system.
Our turnkey solutions include a custom runtime app based on FlightIG
as well as a custom database. But if you already have a proprietary database
you want to use for the simulation, we can easily install and configure
a runtime built to meet your specific needs. Our goal is to deliver effective
fast jet and helicopter simulations that will run at optimum rendering
rates to ensure consistent, high quality performance.
Powerful, customizable control over your simulation
visualization.
FlightIG uses a high-level interface that simplifies integration into
complex simulation systems. Many sophisticated features are automatically
enabled through this interface without requiring specialized database
modifications. For example, an unlimited number of stores combinations
can be created on combat aircraft by attaching stores models to the appropriate
mount points on the aircraft. Weapons can be flown off the aircraft at
launch-time by detaching them and flying them as separate entities. Damage
effects on cultural features in the database can be displayed even if
the cultural feature doesn't have a pre-built damage representation. A
customized, complex sequence of special effects can be initiated with
a single interface packet. Dynamic shadows can be created for any moving
model with no modeling effort. The shadows present an accurate profile
of the moving model while responding to altitude changes of the aircraft
and to the time of day.
Flexible configuration options with onsite
integration support.
FlightIG is offered in a basic system configuration with one to 24
out-the-window channels. Options include support for infrared sensors,
simulation or stimulation of night vision goggles, marine special effects
for carrier and littoral operations, and calligraphic light points. Our
team of engineers is experienced in integrating FlightIG with a variety
of simulation systems at customer facilities. We are committed to the
success of your complete system.
FlightIG currently supports training and engineering simulation for the
F-15, F-16, F-22 and JSF Fighter aircraft and CH-53D and UH-60 helicopters.
