Creator Terrain Studio is a revolutionary solution for terrain production from MultiGen-Paradigm. The product is designed specifically to address the challenges of constructing open, reusable layered terrain databases for a variety of applications.
The Creator Terrain Studio software's unique workflow process, geospatial data management infrastructure and user interface allow customers the ability to deliver large-area terrain databases that satisfy varying simulation, training and interoperability requirements. This results in shorter delivery timeframes, design flexibility and promotes reusability.
The products' approach to building terrain databases revolves around the construction, maintenance and editing of a Common Database. The Common Database is comprised of structured and optimized data in industry maintained open formats such as the MultiGen-Paradigm OpenFlight®. Once the Common Database is generated, it is maintained as a baseline asset and then compiled or published for the specific simulation need. This methodology enables the sharing of database content with other simulation participants without requiring the regeneration of the synthetic environment and greatly reduces database lifecycle costs.
Creator Terrain Studio supports both default terrain designs or user terrain designs to deliver the right amount of flexibility to meet varying requirements. Published databases are projected in to most common coordinate systems including round earth.
Creator Terrain Studio's integrated, extensible toolset offers the most advanced terrain generation solution available.
