MULTIGEN-PARADIGM ACQUIRES VIS-SIM.ORG

San Jose, Calif. - July 31, 2003 - MultiGen-Paradigm, Inc., a leading provider of realtime 3D visual simulation software solutions, announced the acquisition of vis-sim.org and its assets. MultiGen-Paradigm intends to maintain the original vision behind vis-sim.org - provide an unbiased resource for information about the Visual Simulation industry and community. MultiGen-Paradigm plans to solicit participation from the industry to update and administer the website to make it a truly useful resource for the vis-sim community.

Vis-sim.org will continue to provide information on hardware, software, data, technical information, news and events. The practice of anonymous postings on the forum will be discontinued.

The website is currently being transferred to a server at MultiGen-Paradigm and will be temporarily unavailable.
